When processing reservation inquiries, we collect your name and surname, residential address, email address, and telephone number, as well as information necessary to provide you with relevant feedback on accommodation and other services we provide.
After we successfully confirm your reservation, we will record you as our guest, and we will process your personal data exclusively for the purpose of providing the service you have contracted, and for registration in the central information system for tourist records, which is a legal obligation in the Republic of Croatia.
For these purposes, when checking into the hotel, we will ask you for additional data such as the number, date, and place of issue of your identity document, citizenship, country of residence, date and place of birth, and vehicle registration number if you use our vehicle accommodation services.
The described processing of the mentioned data is necessary for providing accommodation services.
If you give us prior consent or register your email address in the web form for receiving newsletters, we will inform you about benefits, discounts, and news in our offer.
At any time, you can opt out of receiving promotional messages by selecting the offered unsubscribe option in the received promotional message.

Hotel Dubrovnik maintains the lawful, secure, and transparent establishment and use of the video surveillance system for the protection of persons and property, access control, and preservation of business security in the premises of Hotel Dubrovnik d.d. and on the associated external surfaces. The adopted rules apply to all locations, systems, and video surveillance processes established or used by Hotel Dubrovnik d.d., to all persons staying in the monitored areas, as well as to all employees and contractual partners who have authorization to access recordings, if any.
Your personal data is stored in accordance with and for the periods determined by laws regulating our business as well as by the business policy of Hotel Dubrovnik d.d.
Upon the expiration of retention period, we will delete your personal data. We keep data on guests for one year, and we are obliged to keep data in the e-Visitor system according to applicable legal provisions.
In the case of using credit card data for the purpose of reservation guarantee, we record such data in our system for up to 30 days from your check-out, and in the case of charging the guarantee amount, we keep them in accordance with accounting regulations.
Data related to video surveillance recordings are kept for 15 days.
Data collected based on consent is kept until the withdrawal of consent.
